SN.Portal is a package of software applications developed by SecureNet SRL between 2001 and 2004, with the most modern technologies used on to the Internet at this moment - Java, Tomcat, Apache, Oracle, MySQL, the structure Apache Turbine. Also, SN.Portal is engineer based on the known software architecture, so called MVC architecture (Model-View-Controller).
SN.Portal is a complex of modulus and applications that can be installed entirely or individually, depending on customer's requirements. Also, the architecture of the software package permits the extension and the maintenance with a minimum effort, both for customizing depending on customer's requests and for creation of some new modulus and applications that can shape the new market trends and the diverse needs of the customers.
The actual version of SN.Portal includes the following functionalities:
1. users administration
2. permissions and profiles administrations for the registered users
3. registering online users (login)
4. forum
5. newsletter (subscription to messages sent through e-mail)
6. guestbook
7. application with online knowledge contests
8. application with online announcements - introduction and searching/view online announcements
9. online articles for different columns of portal (content management system)
10. sending virtual greetings
11. polls
12. search engine for portal pages
13. form for notifications and proposals
14. online games
15. e-mail client
SN.Portal has data and transactions security at the level of database and of web server.
